This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• This position is a remote part-time role focused on sales development and support.
• You will handle daily responsibilities that involve assisting the sales and operations team with market analysis and customer research.
• Conduct research and compile contact lists in accordance with the client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) utilizing Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Send emails and utilize the product to generate custom reports for customers and trial members.
• Perform comprehensive market analysis to uncover trends and opportunities beneficial to the sales team.
• Execute detailed customer research to gain insights into target demographics and their needs.
• Use Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather and organize contact lists based on the client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Compose and dispatch targeted emails to prospects and customers to foster engagement and assist sales efforts.
• Leverage the product to create and present custom reports for customers and trial members, enhancing their experience and offering valuable insights.
• Work in tandem with the sales and operations team to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain and update databases to guarantee accurate and easily accessible information for the sales team.
• Relevant sales experience in a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Google Suites, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
• Strong understanding of various marketing techniques.
• Capability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
