This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify potential operators by collaborating with the business developer.
• Prioritize prospecting based on potential within the channel.
• Conduct visits aimed at customer acquisition.
• Engage in negotiations regarding portfolio, pricing, promotions, discounts, and material visibility in points of sale (pdv).
• Perform customer development visits and review the implementation of agreements.
• Create ad hoc proposals including promotions and visibility materials.
• Conduct visits based on identified risks or reactive requests from the operator.
• Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the HORECA channel.
• Experience in the FMCG sector is essential; exposure to the pharmaceutical or tobacco industries is advantageous.
• Demonstrate solid experience in customer management and be an advanced user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Exhibit a high proficiency in English.
• Show strong commercial strategy and negotiation capabilities.
• Be a compelling communicator with the ability to influence effectively.
• Combine analytical thinking with robust commercial acumen and a global business perspective.
• Be proactive, action-oriented, and capable of identifying and pursuing market opportunities.
