This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Educate and empower financial professionals at Transamerica Financial Advisors (TFA) by providing tools and resources that enhance productivity and support clients in their wealth management endeavors.
• Respond to inquiries from TFA financial professionals by offering information regarding products, platforms, and services through various channels such as inbound calls, emails, video, and chat.
• Advocate for key TFA products and platforms tailored to meet client needs.
• Identify opportunities to boost TFA production and collaborate with home office and field leadership to implement training and sales support resources.
• Serve as an expert coach, offering assistance on formation and positioning during the point-of-sale process.
• Facilitate one-on-one and group meetings to cultivate positive relationships and ensure high-quality, profitable business outcomes.
• Maintain strong working relationships with product providers to utilize their resources effectively.
• Offer training and troubleshooting support throughout the sales process (e.g., licensing, new business submissions, sales concepts, etc.).
• Promote sales growth from new financial professionals through continuous support and motivation.
• Provide orientation and training on TFA products, systems, websites, and other sales tools.
• Keep financial professionals and advisors informed about the latest product enhancements and sales knowledge.
• Suggest and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Extensive experience in the financial services sector, typically ranging from five to eight years.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance and securities industries, including relevant products and services.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6 or 7 license.
• Possession of FINRA Series 65 or 66 license.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building/management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in supporting registered representatives and investment adviser representatives is preferred.
