Sales & Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Engage with homeowners who have shown interest in our bespoke products and services.

• Offer design recommendations and take precise measurements.

• Assist clients from their initial consultation all the way through to the professional installation by California Closets.

• Revamp closets, garages, pantries, wine bars, guest rooms featuring Murphy Beds, laundry rooms, and more.

⛳️ Requirements

• Dedication to learning and applying California Closets' Facilitative Sales approach.

• Over 2 years of experience in outside sales (in-home sales consultations preferred).

• A clean driving record.

• Capability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization skills.

• Innovative problem-solving capabilities.

• Background in interior design, relevant industry experience, or a demonstrated passion for home décor.

• Capacity to craft inspiring and delightful experiences for customers.

• Advanced proficiency in basic computer software programs and/or prior experience with CAD software.

• Ability to be imaginative while maintaining a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship.

• A collaborative team player capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in a dynamic setting.

• Actively seek referrals and repeat business.

• Excellent references from previous employers.

• Experience in measuring closet systems, cabinetry, or similar products.
