Sales, Customer Contact & Appointment Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assess incoming leads from a variety of sources.

• You will reach out to prospective customers via phone or email.

• You will arrange meetings for our field sales representatives.

• You will systematically document all interactions and activities in our CRM system.

• You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in telephone customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, confident demeanor on the phone.

• Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office.

• Excellent fluency in German, both written and spoken, at a native level.
