Mortgage Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Performs a variety of tasks related to the daily sales operations of Mortgage Loan Originators.

• Serves as the primary point of contact for communication between the MLO and sourcing agents, clients, vendors, and sales support teams.

• Confirms appointments and reviews all necessary documents with customers at the time of application to ensure smooth processing.

• Ensures that all elements of the file are ordered, duplicated, and included in the loan package prior to processing.

• Acts as a bridge between Loan Consultants and Sales Support.

• Develops relationships with Realtors, Builders, Appraisers, and Title Companies.

• Provides assistance in other areas as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least one year of experience in customer service, mortgage processing, or loan origination.

• Comprehensive understanding of residential mortgage loans.

• Demonstrated computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based applications.

• Familiarity with federal lending regulations that govern residential real estate lending.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
