Regional Sales Trainer – EAST Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver designated sales training curriculum modules (“training chunks”) in various environments, including classroom, virtual, and field-based settings.

• Reinforce training concepts through field co-travel, observation, and real-time coaching efforts.

• Observe selling behaviors during customer interactions and provide constructive, actionable feedback that aligns with training standards.

• Identify capability gaps and offer insights to the Commercial Training organization.

• Coach both basic and advanced selling skills, encompassing negotiation, strategic selling, stakeholder management, and solution presentation.

• Maintain precise records of training completion and certification progress.

• Collaborate with District Sales Managers to ensure alignment of reinforcement activities with field priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in sales, sales training, or commercial enablement.

• Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or other complex B2B sales environments is preferred.

• Strong field credibility with a demonstrated understanding of sales execution.

• Proven capability to coach, observe, and influence selling behaviors effectively.

• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

• A demonstrated track record of high performance in sales is necessary.
