Sales, CPFR Analyst

📋 Description

• Take charge of demand forecasting and replenishment planning for the Walmart account, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with both internal and customer expectations.

• Keep track of in-stock performance, inventory levels, and replenishment trends, proactively identifying risks and implementing action plans to maintain optimal shelf availability.

• Utilize Scintilla and internal data to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with supply chain, demand planning, and replenishment teams to ensure synchronization across forecasts, production, and inventory flow.

• Oversee and monitor key Walmart operational metrics, such as OTIF, ASN accuracy, fill rates, and inventory health.

• Identify and resolve challenges related to order management, replenishment, inventory discrepancies, and supply chain execution.

• Manage item setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy within Walmart's systems.

• Create weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and business updates for the National Account Manager and internal stakeholders.

• Act as a crucial analytical and operational partner to the National Account Manager, ensuring effective execution of all Walmart initiatives.

• Discover opportunities for enhancing processes, reporting, and overall efficiency within the Walmart business.

• Work cross-functionally to contest any invalid fines and fees.

• Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, finance, supply chain, or a related discipline.

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in CPG sales analytics, supply chain, CPFR, or customer business analytics, with direct experience at Walmart required.

• Strong practical experience with Walmart’s Scintilla platform and associated tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage forecasting, replenishment, and in-stock performance within a retail CPG setting.

• Solid understanding of Walmart's operational processes, including OTIF, ASN requirements, and supply chain execution.

• An analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable insights and driving execution.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in building dashboards and performance reporting tools.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.

• Experience in refrigerated, frozen, or perishable categories is preferred.

• Experience in a high-growth CPG company is preferred.

• Must be located in Northwest Arkansas (Bentonville/Rogers area) with minimal travel required.
