• Oversee and implement the strategic roadmap for the ZF [pro]Service Network, enhancing network presence by recruiting qualified workshops in targeted regions.
• Perform annual evaluations of network partners to guarantee compliance, assess performance, and ensure service quality, while identifying coverage gaps and executing necessary corrective measures.
• Assist in the creation of marketing strategies designed to boost brand recognition and enhance network value.
• Work collaboratively across departments (Training, Sales, Warranty, etc.) to improve program advantages.
• Organize and lead network conferences and engagement events, acting as the main liaison for [pro] service partners.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships through proactive assistance and service.
• Ensure that all initiatives contribute to the direct or indirect sales of ZF products and services.
• Keep a detailed and accurate customer database, ensuring partner visibility across internal platforms and marketing channels.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Experience in the automotive industry is mandatory; preference for those with Commercial Vehicle market experience.
• Familiarity with training content development and program certification is highly advantageous.
• A technical understanding of systems, products, and diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills.
• Highly self-driven with the capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively.
