Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete customer contracts for Kraft/Heinz merchandising events, including Ads, EDLC, and TPRs.

• Collaborate with CSMs to ensure that all contracts are finalized promptly and accurately.

• Oversee and direct the contract entry process into the customer portal by the third-party support team.

• Update contracts weekly as necessary to reflect programming changes or the addition of new items.

• Modify portal entries to correspond with adjustments to contracts.

• Administer the bill payment process for designated retailers.

• Receive invoices from clients.

• Examine bills against contracts to verify accuracy and generate payment instructions for the third-party payment team.

• Record all bills into payment trackers and forward invoices to the third-party payment team.

• Ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner.

• Communicate with third-party payment and contracting teams, providing guidance on assigned tasks.

• Address billing or contracting inquiries from the third-party team and facilitate a solution involving appropriate sales team members as necessary.

• Manage additional assignments for customer team support as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Excel with the ability to work with and manipulate medium to large data sets.

• Must be skilled in other Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.

• Capability to learn and utilize customer web-based portal applications.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external interactions.
