Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare, update, route, and finalize Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Authorization to Proceed (ATPs), and Change Orders, while managing version control and approval processes.

• Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to ensure that pricing, scope, and services are consistent with authorized contract terms.

• Develop and sustain reports on pacing, pickup, commission, and rebates, monitoring trends, minimum thresholds, and potential risks.

• Facilitate accurate and timely commission and rebate disbursements by coordinating with Finance, Event Accounting, and Collections teams.

• Create and maintain Excel-based tools, including reconciliation files, calculators, forecasting workbooks, and client-ready analyses.

• Ensure the accuracy of data, address discrepancies, and standardize templates to enhance efficiency and minimize rework.

• Oversee the intake of requests from Sales and internal partners by clarifying requirements, prioritizing deadlines, and organizing deliverables.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of site visits, which includes managing itineraries, tracking logistics, and communicating with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Excel, with experience in building, validating, and reconciling reporting tools.

• A solid understanding of contracts (MSAs, SOWs, Change Orders) and their impact on revenue, commissions, and reporting processes.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to review, audit, and correct work accurately.

• Capability to manage multiple requests with conflicting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
