📋 Description

• Oversee Sales Lead opportunities by managing programs, meeting deliverables, trackers, and appointment calendars.

• Collaborate closely with the Data Management team to ensure the accuracy of necessary retailer quotes, portal item setups, quote sheets, and other documentation.

• Maintain an organized filing system that allows for easy access to sales files, both digitally and in hard copy, by utilizing the company’s resources (Master Customer File).

• Prepare and arrange sales decks, presentations, and collateral within specified timelines.

• Coordinate and label sample requests, track samples, and provide labels as required.

• Complete necessary paperwork for new account setups and the new eCommerce setup initiative.

• Navigate retailer portals for item setups and relevant information.

• Maintain listings for account programs, items, and prices (Master File).

• Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to complete necessary paperwork for providing relevant digital assets by brand and retailer.

• Engage in daily tasks and communication with key contacts and retailers.

• Analyze sales data.

• Assist sales leads with identifying white space opportunities, conducting store visits, and developing assortment plans.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in account coordination; experience with U.S. retailers is highly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential and the ability to work with both external and internal teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and remain organized and focused.

• Proficient in computer applications, with strong technical skills and experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
