• Assist our expanding corporate client portfolio and smart vending operations.
• Serve as the primary liaison among our clients, sales team, and operations departments.
• Oversee current B2B corporate and vending accounts, delivering timely after-sales support through email communication.
• Create and manage Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Ensure prompt processing of invoices and POs to facilitate efficient billing, reconciliation, and cash flow management.
• Plan and develop monthly snack schedules for clients.
• Compile and update weekly and monthly sales reports for B2B and vending operations for the sales team and supervisor.
• Foster strong relationships with B2B and vending clients.
• 2-3 years of practical experience as a B2B Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator.
• Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Located near Manila or willing to attend monthly onsite meetings in the Manila area if necessary.
