This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Assist our expanding corporate client base and intelligent vending business.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, the sales team, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Prepare and oversee Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Deliver prompt after-sales support via email, making sure to resolve issues before cut-off times.
• Organize and develop monthly snack schedules for clients.
• Foster strong working relationships with B2B and vending clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Support additional tasks and projects as directed by the supervisor.
• 2-3 years of practical experience as a B2B Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Located near Kuala Lumpur or able to attend monthly onsite meetings in the KL area.
