• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports detailing sales performance.
• Monitor leads, opportunities, and confirmed bookings; produce sales reports and dashboards for leadership analysis.
• Leverage Salesforce to keep customer profiles up to date, assist 5 Sales Directors with activity input during busy periods, and perform data audits to ensure precision.
• Receive, evaluate, and respond to inquiries from clients and hotels.
• Develop and revise sales presentations and related materials.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as necessary.
• Aid in the planning and implementation of client events, internal meetings, and associated logistics.
• Oversee surveys, ROI tracking, and post-event summaries following client events.
• Engage in weekly sales meetings.
• Contribute to special projects as assigned by the VP of Sales.
• Utilize creativity and sound business judgment to achieve timely and effective outcomes.
• Assist with larger Salesforce system initiatives for the Senior Manager of System Operations & Analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an administrative capacity, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and internal teams.
• Resilient and adaptable, maintaining composure and effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and high-volume demands.
• Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment when navigating team dynamics and business scenarios.
• Proactive and self-driven, anticipating needs and taking initiative with minimal oversight.
• Resourceful and solution-oriented, possessing strong business acumen.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and market trends is a plus.
• Proficient in G Suite and willing to learn new systems.
• Experience with Salesforce/Delphi Systems is an added advantage.
