This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Overseeing the Alberta Quotes Inbox, ensuring that communications are routed to the relevant team members and departments.
• Process and monitor orders from the moment they are received until delivery, guaranteeing timely execution and proactive updates to customers regarding any potential delays.
• Work in conjunction with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and adherence to company standards.
• Generate order confirmations and other necessary documentation, ensuring precision and compliance with Armstrong's procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing prompt solutions and assistance throughout the sales process.
• Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and create opportunities for repeat business.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems and managing customer-related data along with sales documentation.
• Fundamental understanding of sales processes, manufacturing operations, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is considered an advantage.
