This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions with clients throughout Brazil, guiding the sales process from initial engagement to closing;
• Assess customer needs through effective questioning and recommend optimal solutions from the available product range;
• Engage in clear and strategic negotiations, addressing objections and striving for high-quality conversions;
• Maintain a strong emphasis on targets and performance metrics, tracking results and continuously seeking improvement;
• Record and monitor interactions in the CRM, ensuring an organized portfolio and maintaining visibility of the sales pipeline;
• Collaborate with team members, sharing insights and contributing to the overall enhancement of results.
• Willingness to work in a target-oriented, operational setting with a 44-hour workweek;
• Prior experience in inside sales, call center operations, or customer service;
• Proven experience in selling financial products or services;
• Basic understanding of CRM and sales systems;
