This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
β’ Identify and leverage business opportunities while formulating strategies to meet sales objectives.
β’ Offer extensive support to hospitals, including product consultation and its application in surgical settings.
β’ Launch new product innovations and enhance the adoption of established product lines.
β’ Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
β’ Build and sustain long-term relationships with surgeons, OR staff, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
β’ Expand market share for the portfolio throughout the Romandie region.
β’ Provide top-notch clinical and technical support to surgeons during product utilization.
β’ Enhance customer satisfaction through robust partnerships, training, and excellence in service.
β’ Bachelor's degree (University/FH).
β’ At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical devices sector or a clinical setting.
β’ Experience specifically in orthopaedics and/or surgical fields.
β’ Strong customer focus paired with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
β’ A proactive, solution-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
β’ Proficient in both German and English languages.
β’ Skilled in MS Office and open to traveling within the region.
β’ Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and clinical workflows.
