This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer consultative assistance to all prospective clients through chat, emphasizing conversion (service provided in Spanish);
• Evaluate leads utilizing effective sales techniques;
• Recognize customer challenges and provide solutions customized to their requirements;
• Guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the purchase process of a product or service;
• Maintain our platform and keep the sales operations well-organized.
• Proven experience in inbound sales and high-volume chat-based selling;
• Outstanding communication abilities in speaking, reading, and writing — assessments will be conducted!
• Skills in negotiation, resilience, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving;
• Comfortable and quick in using multiple tools (we utilize Zendesk and WhatsApp simultaneously);
• Driven by challenges and performance targets.
• Preferred: previous experience in SaaS and/or technology companies.
