This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date information regarding contacts, activities, opportunities, and follow-up history;
β’ Identify and engage municipalities, map key decision-makers, and create new B2G sales opportunities;
β’ Conduct online meetings (travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company for any required in-person meetings);
β’ Present solutions, develop proposals, and lead negotiation processes;
β’ Carry out ongoing follow-up and track sales funnel metrics;
β’ Manage and expand the active portfolio, fostering strong relationships with clients while identifying additional needs.
β’ Valid Brazilian driverβs license (CNH) category B;
β’ Access to a personal vehicle for travel when necessary (reimbursement provided per kilometer);
β’ Experience in consultative B2B sales; previous B2G sales experience is advantageous;
β’ Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems;
β’ Key skills include: effective communication, organization, pipeline management, persuasion, active listening, commercial discipline, target orientation, and self-sufficiency;
β’ Willingness to travel occasionally;
β’ Competitive base salary plus variable compensation (OTE) and bonuses for achieving targets and objectives.
