This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the technical liaison in sales for ORBIS interface solutions, focusing particularly on HL7, IHE, and FHIR.
• Assist with tenders and new client acquisition by providing technical insights and clarifying requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to support existing customers.
• Create interface and integration concepts that are clearly defined from both technical and functional viewpoints.
• Plan, execute, and follow up independently on product presentations.
• Identify and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics for proposal development.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions for sales representatives on interfaces, value propositions, and requirements.
• Engage in trade shows and professional conferences.
• Work closely with product management, service teams, and partner organizations.
• Several years of professional experience in a hospital setting, ideally within hospital IT.
• Proven understanding of clinical hospital processes, including admission, diagnostics, treatment, and discharge.
• Completed education or degree in computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 interfaces, such as ADT, ORM, ORU, or similar.
• Knowledge of IHE and/or FHIR standards.
• Sales experience or background in customer-facing consultancy or presales roles.
• Proficiency in English, specifically for technical communication.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region, approximately 10% of the time.
