This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage with leads through outbound and inbound communications via phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms;
• Articulate course offerings in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner;
• Rapidly assess lead profiles to align them with suitable offerings;
• Adhere to the established service script and apply telephone sales techniques;
• Conduct follow-ups in accordance with the specified cadence;
• Manage a high volume of calls daily;
• Record interactions and progress within the CRM system;
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for contacts, conversions, and enrollments;
• Maintain a strong emphasis on closing sales.
• A high school diploma is required (a college degree is advantageous);
• Prior sales experience is preferred (experience in education, outbound call centers, telesales, or inside sales is a plus);
• Fundamental understanding of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools;
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear articulation;
• Strong negotiation abilities and the capability to work with scripts and commercial arguments;
• Results-driven with a commercial perspective;
• Ability to operate autonomously and stay organized in daily sales tasks;
• Experience in meeting ambitious targets and being accountable for results; capable of thriving under pressure;
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal abilities.
