This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Listing leads receive prompt, professional, and consistent follow-up.

• Qualified appointments are organized efficiently for the agent team.

• CRM records, notes, and follow-up tasks are kept accurate and well-organized.

• Appointment confirmations and show rates are maintained at a high level.

• Daily activity and conversion metrics are tracked regularly.

• Call, text, and email inbound listing leads to arrange qualified appointments for agents.

• Establish rapport swiftly through confident, consultative conversations.

• Adhere to proven scripts while ensuring natural communication.

• Qualify leads based on: Motivation, Timeline, Decision-makers, Competition, Pricing expectations.

• Address objections professionally and guide leads towards the next step.

• Keep accurate CRM records including: Notes, Statuses, Tags, Follow-up tasks, Appointment details.

• Ensure that follow-up processes are carried out consistently and punctually.

• Confirm appointments and enhance show rates through reminders and preparation.

• Monitor and report daily and weekly KPIs including: Calls made, Contacts reached, Appointments set, Show rates.

• Operate within company standards and adhere to real estate compliance guidelines.

• Maintain strong organization and execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in inside sales, appointment setting, lead conversion, or customer-facing sales experience.

• Strong phone presence with outstanding verbal communication skills.

• Proven discipline in follow-up and solid organizational skills.

• High attention to detail with consistent use of CRM systems.

• Comfortable working with activity metrics and conversion targets.

• Proficient written communication with excellent grammar.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Competitive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

• Reliable, disciplined, and highly accountable.

• Nice to have: Experience in the real estate industry.

• Previous ISA or lead conversion experience.

• Familiarity with working inside CRMs and sales pipelines.

• Knowledge of objection handling and consultative sales techniques.
