This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Transform incoming inquiries into finalized purchases through organized conversations.
• Engage in sales dialogues that prioritize closing deals and addressing objections.
• Manage regular follow-ups, nurture leads, and re-engage potential clients consistently.
• Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies (upgrading systems and replacement filters).
• Perform targeted outbound outreach to warm prospects.
• Keep accurate records by logging interactions and pricing negotiations in Zoho CRM.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with promptness.
• Handle order processing, refunds, replacements, and provide product consultations.
• Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to track shipping status and resolve logistics issues.
• Offer thorough pre-sale and post-sale assistance.
• Provide daily reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper CRM tagging, segmentation, and interaction tracking.
• Work alongside internal customer service, CRM, and marketing teams to enhance the sales funnel.
• A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, revenue generation, and closing deals.
• Proficient in American English (both spoken and written) - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong experience with CRMs (Zoho CRM is highly preferred).
• Comfortable making both inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Excellent skills in objection handling, pricing discussions, and negotiation.
• Ability to work autonomously and consistently achieve established KPIs.
• Nice to Have: Experience in E-commerce (Shopify/Amazon ecosystems) or B2B sales.
• Familiarity with logistics and fulfillment platforms like ShipStation.
• Background in selling physical products (home improvement, appliances, etc.).
• Uncapped Earnings: High commission percentages directly linked to clear sales targets.
• Streamlined Processes: Low support volume, allowing you to concentrate primarily on sales and conversions.
