This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Drive sales expansion via virtual and digital platforms
• Cultivate robust relationships with clients in academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, clinical, and industrial sectors
• Advocate for and sell a diverse array of scientific products and services
• Employ consultative sales techniques to comprehend customer requirements and deliver optimal solutions
• Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives
• Oversee customer relationships utilizing a CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives

• Master's Degree accompanied by 2 years of sales experience
• Preferred Academic Background: Life Sciences, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
• Experience in flow cytometry is advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals and targets
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with presentation capabilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
• Capacity to develop and sustain comprehensive product and technical knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Effective in both independent and collaborative work environments
• Outstanding time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 10-25% for client meetings and internal functions
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in a foreign language may be necessary depending on the region, with French being a notable asset
• A valid driver's license is mandatory
