This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Support organizations in enrolling their employees in educational programs;
• Address inquiries from candidates whose financial sponsor is their employer;
• Facilitate negotiations among the company, the participant, and the educational institution;
• Provide guidance to companies and candidates regarding corporate enrollment processes;
• Request, verify, and organize all necessary documentation to formalize the purchase;
• Prepare processes tailored to the specific requirements of each contracting organization;
• Collaborate with both private and public sector entities, adhering to varying levels of documentation and bureaucratic needs;
• Manage documentation-related matters, such as invoices, commitment notes (nota de empenho), authorization letters, registration information, and other administrative requirements;
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate invoicing and ensure deadlines are met;
• Oversee negotiations until enrollment is successfully completed;
• Maintain ongoing relationships with previously served companies;
• Promote the course portfolio and identify new opportunities within the corporate client base;
• Drive recurring sales and enhance institutional partnerships.
• High school diploma (secondary education)
