This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Forge robust partnerships.
• Assess market opportunities.
• Execute prospecting and lead generation activities.
• Grasp client objectives and how our offerings can assist them.
• Create commercial proposals, negotiate, and finalize new contracts.
• Proactively and strategically seek out new clients (hunter).
• Recognize opportunities across various segments and company sizes.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery/diagnosis, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and implement outbound outreach strategies.
• Maintain a high conversion rate.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (postgraduate degree and/or MBA is advantageous).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills along with strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven experience in B2B sales.
• Must be located in Cascavel, Foz do Iguaçu, Toledo, or Pato Branco.
