This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee all new and existing accounts, pinpointing and securing new business opportunities while providing comprehensive solutions across the entire product portfolio for both In Center and Hospital.
• Take ownership of all accounts within the designated territory, managing both new and existing account relationships, and represent the full product portfolio for assigned modalities.
• Discover and close new opportunities by crafting suitable solutions and offering implementation support across all customer categories.
• Cultivate and manage account relationships to promote expansion and renewals, secure wallet share, and exhibit problem-solving skills to address customer needs as they arise.
• Participate in regular face-to-face customer engagement activities.
• Lead the collaboration and coordination with all support roles to address customer needs and expectations.
• Utilize FME sales tools daily to efficiently manage prospects, existing accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and provide accurate and timely forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of customer contracts, including pricing modifications and system updates.
• Analyze market trends, threats, and opportunities using sales data and customer feedback, and formulate strategic plans to enhance performance and market share within the assigned territory.
• Forge strong customer relationships by offering value-driven solutions and delivering outstanding follow-up and service to both internal and external customers.
• Assist in field activities, including equipment evaluations, in-services, technical demonstrations, and training to guarantee customer success.
• Track and maintain customer market share, scheduling and concluding customer appointments and recording relevant sales campaign data.
• Develop professional expertise and maintain technical and clinical proficiency across assigned modalities.
• Attend local, regional, and national events, meetings, and training sessions to broaden product knowledge, enhance market understanding, and support professional growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant medical sales experience.
• Proven experience and success with consultative selling; approach and methodology.
• Exhibits effective presentation skills, possesses professional and executive presence, and establishes credibility with any audience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; demonstrates the ability to provide timely and relevant multi-mode communications to both internal and external customers.
• Must possess basic computer skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
