This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Conduct qualified closing calls with potential customers via phone.
β’ Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to paying customer.
β’ Lead conversations based on customer needs with a primary focus on closing deals.
β’ Diligently document and follow up on all interactions in the CRM system.
β’ Build trust and commitment during direct interactions with customers.
β’ Actively participate in enhancing our advisory and closing processes.
β’ Completed secondary education or an equivalent credential.
β’ Ideally possess some initial experience in customer service or a related field.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Strong service orientation with a friendly, professional attitude.
β’ Solid IT proficiency, especially with MS Office applications.
β’ Ability to operate in a structured, efficient, and precise manner even in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Team-oriented, flexible, and dependable work ethic.
