This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage new clients to create business opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to clearly and consultatively present our products and solutions, tailored to the customer's needs.
• Manage communications via phone, WhatsApp, emails, and participate in events such as workshops and trade shows.
• Negotiate commercial terms transparently, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.
• Develop personalized proposals that address the specific requirements of each client segment.
• Specify products based on the customer’s application and needs through technical visits.
• Finalize sales closures and ensure all details are attended to until final delivery.
• Execute after-sales activities to maintain active relationships and foster customer loyalty.
• Keep the CRM updated with relevant information and maintain effective control of the sales pipeline.
• Analyze results, suggest enhancements, and strive to exceed targets utilizing commercial intelligence.
• Contribute to commercial strategies by reporting on competitors, market trends, and customer demand.
• Follow up on submitted proposals through visits, phone calls, or emails.
• Meet monthly sales targets by servicing the assigned client portfolio.
• Technical qualification or higher education (in progress or completed) in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance, technical inside sales, or direct engagement with automation products and components.
• Possession of a valid driver's license (CNH).
• Willingness to travel within the Cascavel / western Paraná region for client visits.
• Strong self-management capabilities, effective communication skills, and resilience in working with targets and consultative sales with medium/long-term cycles.
