This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Engage in outside sales activities while traveling, primarily in customers' residences.
β’ Deliver professional and persuasive sales presentations.
β’ Quickly adapt to evolving customer needs and effectively promote HDIS solutions.
β’ Perform necessary incidental tasks to finalize sales (e.g., assessing customer requirements, creating price quotes, measuring product specifications, etc.)
β’ Present warranty options and available financing to customers.
β’ Prepare for appointments, travel to and from appointments, and handle sales-related documentation.
β’ Prospect for new customers both within and outside the assigned THD store, and participate in scheduled industry events.
β’ Actively seek new referrals and cultivate relationships with store management and associates.
β’ Attend sales and store team meetings to continuously enhance sales techniques and gain insights into HDIS product offerings.
β’ Must be at least eighteen years of age.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ 3-5 years of previous in-home or virtual sales experience.
β’ Experience in the home improvement industry.
β’ Proven track record in successful lead generation.
β’ Proficient in computer and application skills, as well as the use of various technologies (email, iPad, apps, etc.).
β’ Reimbursement for travel will be provided as mandated by state and federal regulations.
