This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide guidance to individuals making one of the most significant decisions in their careers – a state-sponsored continuing education initiative.
• At OneCareer, we assist individuals in obtaining qualifications, but we focus on finding the path that truly aligns with each candidate's needs.
• You take charge of pre-qualified leads, guiding individuals throughout the entire consultation and closing journey.
• During discussions, you determine which educational offering best meets the individual's requirements — aiming to identify the option that fits their unique situation.
• You keep track of your customer interactions and sales processes using our CRM system, HubSpot.
• You monitor your sales KPIs to maintain awareness of your performance.
• You collaborate closely with internal teams, as effective advising is rarely a solo effort.
• You maintain connections with the Employment Agency and other pertinent partners.
• A demonstrated history of success in sales, preferably in consultative settings involving complex or technical products or services — such as education, financial advisory, or insurance.
• Experience in environments where trust, individual needs assessment, and emotionally intelligent dialogue are paramount.
• A strong consultative approach combined with a clear orientation towards closing — focused on identifying the best solution for the customer through precise needs analysis.
• A genuine sense of "hunger" and motivation, coupled with a healthy ambition to not only meet but surpass your sales objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused even during challenging conversations.
• A structured and independent work style with the capability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Proficient use of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Commercial training or a degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field — career changers with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
