This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Interacting with warm inbound leads through phone, email, and text communication.
β’ Assisting customers in placing and finalizing their orders.
β’ Inquiring with customers to accurately assess their needs.
β’ Suggesting solutions and upselling additional services where appropriate.
β’ Handling multiple orders and conversations simultaneously.
β’ Utilizing HubSpot and other internal platforms to generate quotes and finalize orders.
β’ Keeping informed about new products, vendors, and technologies.
β’ Achieving performance targets related to processed orders and commissions.
β’ Highly motivated self-starters eager to grow and increase their earnings.
β’ Individuals who excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong communicators who take pleasure in assisting and engaging with customers.
β’ Capable of multitasking and remaining organized.
β’ Inquisitive learners who have an interest in technology and new products.
β’ Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace is beneficial.
