📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to a portfolio of advertisers via phone and email.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed.

• Provide solutions to advertiser inquiries in order to meet customer wait time expectations.

• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, and bidding strategies for potential customers to optimize results.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and enhance advertiser account performance and investment.

• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and increase portfolio revenue.

• Create a professional online advertising campaign for clients.

• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Preferably, candidates should have 2 years of relevant work experience.

• A proven track record in driving business success is essential.
