This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main solution consultant and technical liaison for both prospective and current clients.
• Perform comprehensive research to stay ahead of industry developments and cultivate in-depth insights.
• Tailor and deliver software demonstrations that meet specific business needs of clients.
• Encourage clients to expand their thinking beyond existing processes and consider broader, more efficient solutions.
• Maintain and configure demonstration environments to highlight the complete value of our technology.
• Support the development of responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals; assist sales teams during client meetings and marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate competitive products and industry trends to guide sales strategies and product development.
• Collect and communicate client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Track and document sales consulting activities, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, particularly in risk management, policy management, and hotline compliance.
• Proficient in Spanish and business-level English.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or similar skill development.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
• Familiarity with various AI tools.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at once.
• Capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• A highly driven, hands-on individual who excels both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to think critically and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and work environments.
