This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage with inbound customers by showcasing the system, gaining insights into their operations, and executing consultative sales.
• Oversee the complete sales process from qualification to demonstration, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
• Identify and approach potential customers in strategic locations throughout São Paulo, while also attending industry trade shows and events.
• Conduct online meetings, deliver sales presentations, visit clients on-site, and maintain regular communication through phone and WhatsApp.
• Track opportunities and pipeline stages within the CRM, ensuring organized management, promptness, and ongoing follow-up with leads.
• Handle a large number of opportunities while ensuring strong customer engagement and prioritizing negotiations effectively.
• Assist with opportunities arising from partners and other commercial channels, ensuring the continuity and conversion of these relationships.
• Foster strong relationships with customers by identifying their business challenges and proposing solutions that align with their operations.
• Proven experience in consultative sales of software, SaaS, ERP, or technology services.
• Background in inside sales/full-cycle model, managing the entire process from initial contact through to closing.
• Familiarity with sales CRM systems and a culture of pipeline management.
• Proactive, effective communicator with organizational skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of contacts and cater to a variety of customer profiles.
• Understanding of business management principles.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and commercial events.
• Must reside in the state of São Paulo.
• 15 days of paid leave after completing one year of employment.
• Compensation based on commission.
