This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Portfolio Management and Sales: Engaging in prospecting, negotiating, and successfully closing sales of solid fertilizers targeted at growers and resellers;
• Technical Consulting: Performing field visits to assess soil requirements, suggesting optimal solutions in macro- and micronutrients from our Premium product lines, and showcasing the ROI (Return on Investment) of our offerings;
• Market Development: Identifying opportunities for territorial growth, discovering new markets, and formulating strategies for product penetration;
• Relationship Building: Cultivating long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including consultants, buyers, and proprietors;
• Market Intelligence: Keeping track of local competitors, monitoring commodity price trends, and noting fluctuations within the fertilizer market;
• Technical Knowledge: Possessing practical expertise in fertilizers, soil fertility, fertilization management, and technical recommendations;
• Negotiation Skills: Exhibiting a hunter mentality (focused on acquiring new accounts), exceptional communication abilities, and the talent for finalizing complex, high-value transactions;
• Differentials: Holding a postgraduate degree/MBA in commercial fields or soil science; maintaining an active client portfolio within your operational region;
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently and possessing a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy (Agronomic Engineering);
• Demonstrated commercial experience in the fertilizer sector (particularly with solid fertilizers), showcasing a successful history of achieving targets;
• Willingness to travel regularly and possess a valid driver’s license;
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI at an advanced level.
