This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Execute effective sales strategies to achieve set sales targets for the designated territory/channel.
• Manage assigned clients efficiently, focusing on product penetration and display.
• Prevent stock shortages to ensure product availability.
• Participate in promotional activities and events.
• Maintain effective account management practices.
• Foster strong relationships with customer accounts to secure ongoing business.
• Follow up on sales and trade programs with assigned accounts.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver professional after-sales support to customers.
• Assess performance based on the achievement of company-set goals: Sales / Return Rate / Collections / Sales of specific products.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Capable of working independently.
• Proactive, well-organized, and possesses a friendly and engaging personality.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Previous experience in the optical industry is an advantage.
• Degree or Diploma holder in Business Studies or a related field.
