• Demonstrated experience in sales and commercial management.
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems.
• Background in sales training and negotiation techniques.
• Proactive individual with strong initiative and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work with flexibility and agility in fast-paced environments.
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
