This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Facilitate the sales of energy-efficient products for residential clients through both inbound and outbound communications.
• Interact with potential customers to assess their needs and suggest appropriate energy solutions.
• Manage the complete sales process, from initial engagement to deal closure.
• Keep customer information accurate and current in the CRM system or other specified tools.
• Document customer interactions, preferences, and requirements to enhance follow-ups and relationship management.
• Regularly achieve or surpass sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and industry developments to effectively promote solutions.
• At least 1–2 years of demonstrated sales experience, ideally in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in a contact center or telesales setting is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for quickly establishing rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven history of converting leads into sales.
• Self-driven and motivated by targets, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace.
