This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Direct a team focused on refining sales processes, boosting productivity, and driving revenue growth through data-informed insights and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to apply best practices, manage sales compensation programs, and ensure the effective execution of commercial strategies.
• Contribute to achieving commercial excellence and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

• A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or similar business roles.
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Over 3 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Advanced expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel).
• Strong analytical and financial skills with experience in sales compensation, quota management, and incentive programs.
• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to oversee multiple initiatives at once.
• Proven success in implementing process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective engagement with senior leadership.
• Experience in functioning effectively within a matrix organization.
• Ability to analyze extensive datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
• Excellent business partnering skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
• Experience with territory alignment and sales planning processes.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform business decisions.
