This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create and oversee scalable compensation programs encompassing base salary, commissions, bonuses, incentives, and SPIFs that align with Route’s business objectives.
• Direct the administration and enhancement of sales and customer success compensation plans, which include modeling, forecasting, payouts, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Leadership, Finance, RevOps, HR, and Recruiting to advance compensation strategy, budgeting, hiring, and retention efforts.
• Perform compensation benchmarking, analytics, and reporting to assess program efficacy, market competitiveness, and pay equity.
• Manage essential compensation operations such as merit cycles, bonus planning, commission rollouts, mid-year adjustments, and governance procedures.
• Enhance compensation systems, automation processes, and workflows while ensuring a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and operational excellence.
• Over 8 years of experience in compensation, specifically in sales compensation and incentive program management.
• Proven experience in designing and administering commission structures, bonus plans, and SPIF initiatives in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation or reporting tools.
• Capacity to collaborate across Finance, RevOps, HR, Recruiting, and business leadership to implement compensation strategies and operational execution.
• Deep understanding of compensation benchmarking, market data, and scalable compensation frameworks.
• Outstanding attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, technology, or other high-growth sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with compensation systems, Salesforce, Tableau, AI tools, and workflow automation technologies is a plus.
