This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Drive multi-million dollar, multi-year agreements through intricate, multi-stakeholder sales processes across European markets.
β’ Serve as a strategic consultant to Chief Risk Officers (CROs) and Chief Compliance Officers (CCOs), aligning AI functionalities with their regulatory and risk objectives.
β’ Develop and finalize pipeline through extensive travel across Europe (~70%).
β’ Collaborate with product and executive leadership to create proposals that win business.
β’ Work together with our teams in Asia and the US on global accounts that have a European presence.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
β’ More than 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise-grade software or high-stakes business solutions.
β’ Proven track record of selling to regulated financial institutions across various European markets.
β’ Ability to translate sophisticated AI concepts into commercially viable solutions for non-technical buyers.
β’ Fluent in English; proficiency in French or another European language is an advantage.
β’ Domain expertise in AML, FinCrime, or RegTech is a plus.
β’ Residing in Poland and willing to travel approximately 70% across time zones.
