This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Administer designated sales compensation plans in alignment with established plan documents and policies.
• Compute, verify, and process monthly and quarterly commission payments.
• Review commission calculations for thoroughness and precision prior to payroll submission.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, and inquiries related to commissions from sales staff and management.
• Assist with commission adjustments, reconciliations, recoveries, and manual calculations as needed.
• Maintain employee, territory, quota, crediting, and compensation information within the Incentive Compensation Management platform (Captivate IQ).
• Generate regular commission reports and dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure correct opportunity crediting and alignment of sales hierarchy.
• Work alongside Payroll to guarantee timely commission disbursements.
• Assist Finance with monthly accruals and reconciliation processes.
• Keep accurate documentation that supports commission calculations and plan administration.
• Ensure that administration activities adhere to company policies and sanctioned compensation plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience in sales compensation, payroll, finance, sales operations, or compensation administration.
• Preferred experience with incentive compensation management systems (such as SAP Callidus, Captivate IQ, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Capability to interpret compensation plans and accurately perform complex calculations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a global or multinational organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
