This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Create and implement structured sales training programs specifically designed for B2C sales teams in the energy industry.
• Mentor sales representatives in effective sales strategies, communication methods, and customer interaction.
• Develop and enhance sales scripts to boost clarity, uniformity, and conversion results.
• Educate the team on techniques for handling objections to effectively address common customer issues and successfully close sales.
• Track sales performance and offer actionable insights to enhance both individual and team conversion rates.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises, call evaluations, and live coaching sessions to reinforce learning and promote performance enhancements.
• Work alongside leadership to pinpoint skill gaps and implement focused training programs.
• Remain informed on industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices within B2C sales.
• Proven track record as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Sales Manager with a strong emphasis on B2C sales.
• Established capability to train and guide sales teams in enhancing performance and increasing conversion rates.
• Deep understanding of sales techniques, objection management, and customer behavior.
• Experience in crafting sales scripts, training materials, and coaching frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in analyzing performance data and delivering practical, results-oriented feedback.
