• Interact daily with business owners, medical professionals, and clinic managers through Google Meet calls.
• Oversee 4 or more hot, pre-qualified leads scheduled in your calendar each day (NO cold calling or prospecting required).
• We arrange appointments for you; your focus is solely on managing the calls.
• Close transactions on packages starting from $2,000 and above using established scripts and resources.
• Process payments and ensure a seamless transition to the fulfillment team.
• Perform light administrative tasks, including managing the sales pipeline, follow-ups, drafting contracts, etc.
• Engage in daily sales huddles, training sessions, and team meetings to enhance your skills.
• Maintain a minimum close rate of 30-35% with hot leads.
• Establish rapport with leads prior to calls to boost engagement and attendance rates.
• Follow up with no-shows and cancellations to reschedule appointments.
• Effectively manage and advance all pipeline opportunities.
• Recognize opportunities for referrals and client testimonials.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-ticket sales.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, Slack, Monday.com, PandaDoc, and Front App is advantageous.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your time efficiently.
• Note: Please include a Video Introduction (minimum of 1 minute).
• Must be proficient in clear spoken and written English.
• Relevant work experience is essential.
• Ability to provide an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding is mandatory.
• Must be available for video meetings with the camera on when required.

• Internet: High-speed connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps.
