This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ Finalize agreements and cultivate customers from their initial sign-up into dedicated, long-term partners.
β’ Reach out to both cold and warm leads to assess opportunities and uncover needs.
β’ Engage in genuine sales discussions β no unnecessary meetings.
β’ Propel deals to completion β organized, intelligent, and self-assured.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Sales Coach and the leadership team.
β’ Foster long-term customer relationships through upgrades and upselling opportunities.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
β’ Driven and capable of working autonomously without the need for constant oversight.

β’ Background in the recruiting sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.

β’ Competitive compensation and performance structure: 12% commission for 1β10 closes per month, 15% for 11β20, 17.5% for 21 and above, with potential earnings up to 20% plus bonuses.
