This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Accountable for driving sales growth across the entire West Coast, focusing on specific sectors such as plumbing, data centers, medical, and agricultural, with a requirement for 50% travel.
• Safeguards, enhances, and supports sales for designated regional clients.
• Engages in new customer outreach, opportunity creation, and relationship management utilizing a comprehensive 360° approach.
• Administers sales opportunities and activities through established systems within the region.
• Addresses customer complaints and delivers field service/support.
• Assists key account teams at local production sites.
• Effectively manages time, resources, and learning.
• Familiarity with sales processes, principles, and relevant industries.
• Understanding of internal support processes, quality management systems/principles, and their practical application.
• In-depth knowledge of Oetiker products, their applications, and assembly solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities (both written and verbal).
• Capacity to establish enduring business relationships.
• Mechanical and commercial aptitude.
• Proven capability to learn effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, complemented by relevant technical experience.
