This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Generate and manage sales for designated accounts, regions, or sectors, which includes identifying and recruiting strategic partners.
• Advocate for and market Agilent’s products and solutions to both new and existing customers, ensuring they are informed of the latest product launches.
• Design and execute lead generation strategies, focusing on customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with key clients.
• Proactively assess customer requirements, identify solutions, and cultivate business opportunities.
• Oversee cross-functional initiatives, address challenges, and formulate strategies to meet sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience, with the capability to work autonomously.
• Comprehensive understanding of laboratory workflows and systems, especially within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Practical experience with LC/MS and the separation of small and large molecules is advantageous.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
