Sales Center Agent, Bilingual French Canadian – English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from customers, assess their storage requirements, and suggest suitable storage units.

• Demonstrate the ability to address objections effectively to secure reservations for storage units or facilitate rentals over the phone.

• Assist existing customers by responding to inquiries, processing payments, and addressing any issues that arise.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental reservations.

• Achieve personal and team qualitative and quantitative performance targets.

• Execute tasks as assigned by Supervisor(s).

• Fluent in both French Canadian and English.

• Competent computer skills.

• Exceptional verbal, phone, and email communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.

• Willingness to work on weekends.
